Cancellation and Refund POLICY
At Wavy Words Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality English editing and language services tailored to your needs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we're here to help. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided our editors have not yet begun working on your document. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@wavywordsstudio.com with your order number.
Once editing has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but we will try to accommodate any changes or revisions based on your request.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver your edited document within the agreed timeframe and no communication has been made from our side.
Technical issues: If a payment was made but due to technical errors the order was not recorded or processed.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Delivery delays due to internal issues (not client delays).
Substandard quality after review (and only if revisions have not resolved the issue).
4. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
If editing work has already been delivered.
If cancellation is requested after the editor has started working.
If dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after significant service has been provided (we encourage using our revision request feature in such cases).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@wavywordsstudio.com within 5 days of receiving your service, including:
Your order ID
A brief explanation of the issue
Any relevant documents/screenshots
All refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days, and refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method.
